Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 2026
1. Our Commitment
Vouchline Inc. is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to browse offers, purchase vouchers, and manage their account with ease, regardless of ability or assistive technology.
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
2. What We Are Doing
We take the following steps to support accessibility across our platform:
- Using semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to provide meaningful structure for assistive technologies.
- Ensuring keyboard navigation works throughout the site, including forms, menus, and interactive elements.
- Maintaining color contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA requirements.
- Providing text alternatives for non-text content such as images.
- Testing with screen readers and automated accessibility tools during development.
- Respecting user preferences for reduced motion through the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query.
3. Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. Known limitations include:
- Some older PDF documents (such as voucher printouts) may not be fully screen-reader compatible. We are working on generating accessible alternatives.
- Embedded third-party content (such as Google Maps on merchant location pages) may have accessibility limitations outside our control.
- Some complex data visualizations on merchant dashboards may not convey all information through screen readers. We provide tabular data alternatives where possible.
We are actively addressing these issues and will update this statement as improvements are made.
4. Reporting an Issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our platform, we want to hear about it. Please contact us with the following details:
- A description of the issue and where you encountered it (page URL or feature name).
- The assistive technology you were using, if applicable (screen reader, magnifier, voice control, etc.).
- Your browser and operating system.
Email us at support@vouchline.com with the subject line "Accessibility Issue." We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work to resolve reported issues as quickly as possible.
5. Compatibility
Vouchline is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows
- TalkBack on Android
- Browser zoom up to 200%
We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
6. Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We regularly review our platform, test new features against WCAG criteria, and incorporate feedback from users. This statement will be updated as we make progress and address known limitations.
